FuseCake is operated by B S Vivek Nairy, a sole proprietor based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Depending on how you use FuseCake, we may collect information including:
Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, company or startup name, job role, and other information you provide.
Authentication information, including information required to authenticate accounts using email and password or Google sign-in.
Workspace information, including workspace names, team-member information, tasks, startup information, brand assets, documents, files, and other information created within a workspace.
Startup validation information, including startup ideas, descriptions, responses, business information, and other information submitted to validation tools.
Attendance information, including clock-in times, clock-out times, break periods, and working hours.
Communications, including messages and other content shared through workspace communication features.
User Content, including logos, images, documents, files, and other content you choose to upload.
Analytics information, including information collected through analytics technologies used to understand how visitors and users interact with FuseCake.
2. Information We Do Not Collect Through Attendance Tracking
FuseCake's current attendance system does not capture employee or team-member screenshots.
If this functionality changes in the future, this Privacy Policy should be updated before such monitoring is introduced, and appropriate notice and consent mechanisms should be implemented where required.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Create and manage user accounts;
- Authenticate users;
- Provide FuseCake features;
- Operate collaborative workspaces;
- Provide attendance and work-tracking functionality;
- Generate startup validation and other platform outputs;
- Provide AI-powered features;
- Enable team collaboration and communication;
- Store and display User Content;
- Maintain and improve the Service;
- Understand platform usage;

4. Workspace Owners and Team Members
If you join a workspace created by another user or organization, information about your activity within that workspace may be accessible to the workspace founder or authorized administrators.
This may include attendance information, working hours, workspace content, files, tasks, and communications depending on the permissions and features available.
Workspace owners are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate legal basis and provide required notices when collecting or monitoring information about employees, interns, contractors, or other team members.
5. Private Messages and Communications
FuseCake does not routinely access or review private workspace communications.
However, workspace founders or authorized administrators may have access to communications within their workspace depending on the platform's permissions and functionality.
Limited technical access by FuseCake may occur where reasonably necessary to maintain or secure the Service, troubleshoot technical issues, comply with valid legal requirements, or address serious platform misuse where permitted by law.
6. AI Features
Information submitted to AI-powered features may be processed by automated systems to generate requested outputs.
Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive information, passwords, authentication credentials, financial credentials, or valuable trade secrets through AI features.
AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies and should be independently reviewed before being relied upon for significant decisions.
7. Startup Ideas and Business Information
FuseCake does not claim ownership of startup ideas submitted by users.
We recognize that startup ideas and business information may be commercially sensitive. We use submitted information as necessary to provide the relevant platform functionality.
However, users should exercise caution before submitting highly confidential trade secrets or information requiring specialized confidentiality protections.
8. How We Share Information
FuseCake does not sell users' personal data.
Information may be processed or shared where reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate the platform, including infrastructure, authentication, analytics, and technology providers.
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or safety of FuseCake, its users, or others.

FuseCake uses services provided by Cloudflare as part of its technology infrastructure.
Information may therefore be processed or stored through infrastructure provided by Cloudflare as necessary to operate FuseCake.
10. Google Analytics
FuseCake uses Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the website and Service.
Analytics technologies may collect information about visits, interactions, and usage patterns.
Where required by applicable law, FuseCake may use consent mechanisms for non-essential analytics technologies.
11. Google Sign-In
Users may be able to create or access accounts using Google authentication.
When you use Google sign-in, FuseCake may receive information made available through the authentication process, such as your name, email address, and profile information, depending on the permissions requested.
Your use of Google's services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.
12. Data Retention and Account Deletion
Users may delete or request deletion of their accounts.
Following an account deletion request, associated account and workspace information may remain recoverable for up to 30 days before permanent deletion from active systems.
Certain information may be retained for longer where required or reasonably necessary for:
- Legal obligations;
- Security and fraud prevention;
- Resolving disputes;
- Enforcing agreements; or
- Maintaining limited backup systems.
Backup copies may take additional time to be removed through normal backup-rotation processes.
13. Data Security
FuseCake takes reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
However, no online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should promptly contact FuseCake if they suspect unauthorized access.
