Yes. The founder controls the sidebar per role from workspace settings — you can grant a designer access to documents, hide payroll from team leads, or give an admin everything. Permissions are enforced on the server, not just hidden in the UI.
Yes. Deleting your account removes your profile, messages and uploaded files. If you are the founder of a workspace, deleting the account also removes that workspace and its data for everyone in it — so you are asked to confirm before anything is removed.
